    Frequently Asked Questions

How does GP LP Match connect sponsors and investors directly?
When a deal matches an LP's filters, either side can hit a button that fires off a direct, un-masked email introduction between the GP and the LP. Aleksey deliberately keeps himself out of the intro — he says making those introductions personally would never scale.
Is there a broker or middleman taking a cut?
No. Aleksey does not act as a broker-dealer and there are no fees on either side — GPs submit deals for free and LPs pay nothing to receive matches.
Who is behind GP LP Match?
Aleksey Chernobelskiy, who previously managed STORE Capital's roughly $10 billion commercial real estate portfolio and led its underwriting team before leaving to build the platform.
